Welcome to the Eating Assessment Table.You will be asked to answer questions about your eating habits, your knowledge, your attitudes towards food and your health in general. Upon completion of this questionnaire, an analysis of your nutrition will be sent to the email address that you provide. By taking this test you will be considered a member of CASH, a not for profit Canadian health promotion charity. Membership in CASH is free and implies that you agree with the following statements:

  • I agree that an open and respectful dialogue can help promote health in my community.

Why do I need to sign up?

CASH is a non-profit health promotion charity. Part of our mandate is to conduct unbiased health promotion research. Data collected from members helps us to fulfill this mission. Group data is analyzed and but we will never disclose your identity or share personal data with anybody without your explicit consent.



Why do I need to give my email?

The information provided in the Eating Assessment Table is analyzed using computer algorithms to create a customized report. Some of the reports are edited prior to being sent to you by email. This process continually improves the tool and the quality of the reports.



Why should I trust this tool?

The Eating Assessment Table was developed by clinicians, nutritionists and researchers without financial support from the food, agricultural or pharmaceutical industries. Remaining unbiased is a core objective, and to help us maintain that objectivity, CASH does not accept advertising from any sources. The majority of our funding comes from small donations from private individuals who believe in our cause.
This tool is updated regularly as our understanding of nutrition and health improves.

Confidentiality?

Your personal information will be pooled with the information of other users and analyzed by health and nutrition researchers. Your data grouped with other users may appear in the medical literature or in popular media. All personal information is protected using standard internet security protocols and CASH will never disclose your identity or your personal data with anybody without your explicit consent.
